Organized and led a STEM club with a hands-on curriculum. Led workshops designing and assembling DIY prosthetic hands for children in a Kenyan refugee camp — many living with limb loss from conflict and limited medical access.
DIY prosthetic hands enabled 15 children to write independently for the first time — supporting continued education and longer-term independence.
Impact + engineering + organization — built both assistive devices and the educational system around them.
Engineering only matters if it ships into someone’s life. Curriculum, materials logistics, and teaching were as hard as the hardware.
