Summary

Designed a custom drone in Fusion 360 with a 3D-printed core and carbon-fiber tube arms. Iterated motor mounts through vibration failures, designed custom prop-motor adapters, removable CF landing gear clamps, and a dedicated ESC holder for serviceability.

Reflection

Spool-up vibration destroyed early mounts. Filleting, wall thickness, and anti-rotation pins turned a fragile print into something that survives flight loads.
