Built STUX, a compact combat robot with differential drive, 25 kg-class flipper servo, hammer weapon, IR remote control, and isolated power rails for logic vs. weapons. 3D-printed chassis reinforced after mount failures.

Battle-ready prototype with dual weapons + differential drive; solved brownouts, IR interference, and servo mount cracking through redesign.

Constrained competitive engineering: durability, power budgets, and failsafe control under adversarial conditions.

Power architecture is half the robot. Shared rails brown out weapons — isolating logic/servo rails with common ground made the bot reliable under hits.
